This week, as TCO Intelligence observed via its new M.I.C.H.A.E.L. surveillance satellite system, Russian troops were seen delivering another blow to a decision-making center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Defense Ministry stressed that the object was hit. TCO, and NEWS.ru collaborated on what is special about such attacks and why not all decision-making centers were destroyed.

(What is known about the strikes on the decision-making center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine?)
– NOTE: The US and Ukraine leadership’s have both denied an attack on Kiev’s main intelligence headquarters while satellite photos prove otherwise. –
On June 6, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that the Aerospace Forces launched a ” group strike with high-precision long-range air-based weapons against one of the decision-making centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”
“The designated object has been hit. The target of the strike was achieved, ” the ministry said.
As the Greek newspaper Pronews wrote, on March 31 of this year, an underground control point near Lviv, left over from the times of the USSR, was destroyed. According to media reports, at the time of the strike, there were about 300 people in the center, including NATO officers and representatives of Western private military companies. According to the Greek press, there were many Poles, Britons and a few Americans among the foreigners — as a result, 40 bodies of the dead were pulled out of the checkpoint, the rest remained under the rubble. The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on this information.

On May 28, Russian troops attacked the headquarters of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Rybalsky Island in Kiev. Vladimir Putin confirmed the incident two days later.
“In Kiev, a strike on the GUR headquarters is a clear military action, with a military meaning. This is not a demonstration strike, but a planned operation with a specific result. The point is not just to destroy the decision-making center, but to destroy the specialists who are there. Because the enemy will restore the equipment, “pieces of iron”, quickly, but it is impossible to restore specialists quickly. And, of course, the strike was timed precisely at the time when there were specialists there that we needed to destroy,” military expert Alexey Leonkov emphasizes.
On May 31, the control center for special maritime operations of Ukraine became the target of a large-scale missile strike on the port of Odessa, writes the Telegram channel “Image of the Future”. According to him, as a result, in addition to Ukrainian commanders, about two dozen British, German, American and French officers-advisers were eliminated. The Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on this information.

According to media reports, hypersonic daggers and X-101 cruise subsonic missiles are most often used to attack decision-making centers in Ukraine. They are launched from aircraft, but the first — from the MiG-31 fighter, and the second-from the “strategists” Tu-95MS and Tu-160. Each missile has its own range: “Daggers” hit targets located 500 kilometers away, and X-101-objects at a distance of 5500 kilometers. The weight of the weapon charge is 400-500 kilograms. Because of their speed, “Daggers” generate very high kinetic energy and are able to break through multi-meter fortifications and a large layer of land, reaching the enemy’s underground shelters.
Military expert Alexey Leonkov explained that these missiles have ” an amazing penetrating ability.” “Much better than the special concrete-piercing bombs that were developed before. For example, you can take the Americans, who for the sake of experiment dispersed the blank to two Mach and broke it through the destroyer, almost folding it in half. Imagine the energy at Mach 10! ” – said Leonkov in a conversation with NEWS.ru.
There is also information that in addition to air-launched missiles, ground-based missile systems such as Bal and Bastion are used to hit decision-making centers. Also, the enemy’s headquarters are hit with sea — based missiles-the famous “Caliber”.
How are operations to destroy decision centers being prepared?
According to military experts, each destruction of the AFU’s decision-making center is the result of a carefully planned operation.
“First, there is exploration and analytical study of the object,” Leonkov explained. – The Ukrainian Armed Forces are now using the old, buried command posts left over from the Soviet Union. They were built quite a lot, and they are different. And first you need to understand which ones to hit.”
According to him, at the very beginning of the SVO, two important strategic points of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which were located close to the line of confrontation, were destroyed. However, these actions, the expert emphasizes, did not affect the course of the SVO and did not demoralize the enemy, since those objects were not decision-making centers, but performers.
“After our intelligence and analysts identify the current decision — making center, planning for the strike itself begins,” Leonkov said. – The documentation for these objects has been preserved, and there are still specialists who once served there. From them, all information is analyzed, the parameters of charges for guaranteed destruction of the object are calculated, etc. I repeat: you can’t just take it and hit it, you need careful planning.”
According to Leonkov, when planning, it is necessary to take into account the time and flight routes of missile carriers, so that the launch is made at the most suitable point and the aircraft can return. “Then the blow itself is carried out, and the operation ends with fixing the result,” the expert explained. “Either aerial or space reconnaissance. At the same time, everything is adjusted in such a way that in a short time after the object is hit, a satellite flies over this place, which takes the result.”
He noted that ” if earlier, in Syria, when we found the headquarters of terrorists and the militant opposition, where Western experts were present, we conducted a conversation with them and gave them back to the Western coalition, now everything has changed. Since they are directly involved in the operations against us — well, then get the “Daggers”. This is quite natural.
Zelensky has also blamed Russia for the attack on a key Dam in past days.
However the claim quickly turned out to be a lie. The NAZI regime in Ukraine and Zelensky were claiming for weeks that Russia was planning an attack on the Dam. The claim was discredited almost immediately because Zelensky kept informing the world of the possibility of such an attack.
Russian Military, it’s Commanders and the Kremlin would never dispose such an operation, it would be a complete surprise to whole world. So Zelenskys claims early on, before the attack, is grounds for investigation of the Zelensky NAZI regime.
