China May Invade United States w/Dem Blessings

When “detonated,” an EMP weapon produces a pulse of energy that creates a powerful electromagnetic field capable of short-circuiting a wide range of electronic equipment, particularly computers, satellites, radios, radar receivers and even civilian traffic lights.
Currently, the nations of Russia and China have the technology to launch an EMP attack, and we have speculated that Iran and North Korea may be developing EMP weapon technology. This is why we must remain vigilant in our efforts to mitigate the effects of an EMP attack.
An EMP attack would destroy the electronics and digital circuitry in the area of impact, denying electric power to our homes, businesses, and military.
While the United States also possess nuclear weapons, the country has not experimented with super-EMPs and is hypothetically highly vulnerable to any future attacks by nations.

Is there a real threat of a possible EMP attack on the United States?

The simple answer is “yes,” you should consider EMPs a likely danger to electrical systems. Even the US government acknowledges the possibility of an EMP attack as a country-wide security threat, with real concerns of losing control over vital security measures.
As an example, a 1-kiloton device is believed to be strongest if detonated at around 25 miles above the Earth. If detonated much higher, the electromagnetic pulse would dissipate too much. If detonated much lower, deep inside the Earth’s atmosphere, it wouldn’t produce an EMP of consequence at all.

The first human-caused EMP occurred in 1962 when the 1.4 megaton Starfish Prime thermonuclear weapon detonated 400 km above the Pacific Ocean. One hundred times bigger than what we dropped on Hiroshima, Starfish Prime resulted in an EMP which caused electrical damage nearly 900 miles away in Hawaii.
A large and energetic EMP can induce high currents and voltages in the victim unit, temporarily disrupting its function or even permanently damaging it. A powerful EMP can also directly affect magnetic materials and corrupt the data stored on media such as magnetic tape and computer hard drives.
Photovoltaic (PV) solar panels, battery banks, and all other components of an off-grid solar power system would not be affected by an EMP directly as they have no circuitry within. However, an EMP would likely damage the connecting wires through which the current flows.
This all means that the two most feared governments in the world could quite possibly attack the United States with weapons that don’t destroy human lives directly with guns and bombs.
An EMP attack would most definitely bring the entire country to it’s knees in just a few hours. Leaving access to foreign militaries to enter and take over the country.
The United States would be of no good use to them if they bombed it with nuclear weapons. They are after the land, not the people on the land.
The Chinese spy balloon in the featured photo was collecting data. It should have been shot down immediately. Not a week later after it had already stolen vital information.
